Our Mission Statement

FIRST FRC Team 2996 Cougars Gone Wired strives to combine a constant pursuit of knowledge with a commitment to the community and the expansion of FIRST. We endeavor to be a role model for other teams by focusing on building students while building robots, having fun while working hard, and doing our best while helping others.

Cougars Gone Wired Team 2996

Cougars Gone Wired is the FIRST Robotics Competition Team 2996. We are located at Coronado High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado and we are a district-wide team for District 11. Currently, 40 students from Coronado High School and Palmer High School participate actively on the team. The team is structured much like a business, with an all student-run leadership, and participates in community events year round.
