Mentor Handbook

Interested In Being A Mentor?

Awesome! Mentors are a crucial part of 2996 and other FRC teams, so your help is always greatly appreciated. The team needs guidance in many technical areas, from carpentry to project management to essay writing. The only true requirements to be a mentor are a drive to impart your knowledge and the willingness to help students as much as they need. Even if you don't wish to become a full-time mentor, there are still ways to contribute. CGW team members are fed each night by gracious providers of Cougar Kibble, a parent-run program that provides home-cooked meals to the students as a healthy alternative to junk food. Providing a meal for the team just one night helps us tremendously. If you think you'd like to participate, please contact us for further information!
